Evacuation Center Activated at Contra Costa College

The San Pablo Police Department (SPPD) was notified by Contra Costa College Police about a Red Cross Fire Evacuation Center being activated in the Gymnasium at Contra Costa College. This will have 300-350 bed space for fire victims from Napa and Solano Counties.

San Pablo Police Chief Raman has reported that patrol teams responded to the gymnasium with a truckload of supplies donated to SPPD by Community Members for the Victims of the Northern California Fires. Supplies included well over 30 cases of water, juice, sports drinks, chips, cups of noodles, snacks, and hygiene products.

Contra Costa College is located at 2600 Mission Bell Drive in San Pablo.
