Plan Feasibility Study


On June 20, 2016, the City Council approved the preparation of a Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan/Feasibility Study (“Plan”). Alta Planning + Design was the the Consultant hired to prepare the plan. 

The purpose of the Plan is to:

1) Identify existing routes and gaps in routes or sidewalks that are used by bicyclists and pedestrians for travel or recreational activity.

2) Compete for funds to invest in or enhance additional infrastructure.
