This meeting is being held in-person and virtually via Zoom Webinar. Public Comments may be sub-mitted one of three ways:


Any person wishing to make such address the Association on items appearing on the

agenda may raise their hand to speak when the Chair calls for public comment. The Chair will invite you to speak at the appropriate time when the matter is being considered.


Members of the public participating remotely may provide public comment during the meeting in the following ways:

During the meeting, the public may provide written public comments via email to All written comments received after noon the Wednesday before the meeting will not be read out loud and will be provided directly to the mem-bers upon receipt and distributed with supplemental materials following the meeting.
