All facility rentals are available on a first-come-first serve basis and must be made 60 days prior to the event. Deposit and application fee are due at the time the reservation is made. Deposits are refunded based upon staff inspection and may take 4 weeks to process once approved.

Facility Booking Hours:
Tuesday & Friday 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
Thursdays 2:00 pm – 4:30 pm
These hours are dedicated to assist our renters in completing applications, discussing rental details, contracts, facility layouts, etc.
To give you our undivided attention we may refer you to make an appointment during these times to process your facility rental.
You may call anytime to inquire about facilities available, type of event and fees. Beyond this, we will ask you to call back or come in person during our facility booking hours to continue the reservation process.
