***ATTENTION ALL SAN PABLO RIDERS***

San Pablo Senior and Disabled Transportation has implemented a mandatory yearly registration process. Beginning November 1st, 2019, ALL current and new riders must renew yearly effective January, 1st 2020 for all San Pablo Transportation needs. We are excited to announce our new eligibility is now 50 years of age. New applications require a government issued photo I.D. or a photo id with utility bill to verify residency. If applicant is 18 and older but under 50 years old, it is required to submit a doctor’s note verifying medical disability. Please attach supporting documentation with your transportation application and return to our offices. Staff will notify you within 24-72 hours when you are eligible to use the service via phone and letter. The Door-to-Door Shuttle is a shared-ride van service for seniors (50 and over) and persons 18 and over with a disability, who are San Pablo residents 94806. The Door-to-Door Shuttle is funded by Measure J Sales Tax.

The Door-to-Door Shuttle offers rides to medical appointments, local grocery stores, shopping centers, religious services and visiting friends for only $2.00 each way for residents and $4.00 for non-residents. Our service area spans all of San Pablo, parts of Richmond, Pinole and El Sobrante. Reservations must be made one business day or 3 days in advance by calling (510) 215-3095.

**Please be advised that in some cases, reservations are based on driver's availability and social activities that may impact transportation.
