Student Led Unity Grant S.L.U.G- Pilot Program

The City of San Pablo Youth Commission is proud to announce that the Student Led Unity Grant where you can receive up to $1,000 in funds. This is a student led project for grades 5th-12th designed to fund student access to college and career readiness education (including trade school) & increase knowledge and awareness of the importance on mental health. 

Eligibility 

  • Project led by a minimum of three San Pablo Youth residents in grades 5th-12th and by and must serve at least 15 youth.
  • The project must:
    • Create opportunities to increase youth knowledge of and access to college and career readiness (including trade schools) through education and activities; and/or
    • Create opportunities to increase youth knowledge and awareness of mental health issues through education and activities.
  • Find a supporting Non-profit organization that will financially sponsor project and the City will reimburse the supporting organization. Example: School Parent's Group, Afterschool Program, and/or Community-based organizations.
