Eligibility

To be eligible for the San Pablo Scholarship Pilot Program, applicants must fulfill all requirements to be considered for this award. 

  • Be a resident of the incorporated City of San Pablo.  Click here to verify your address!
  • Be a graduate who has attended West Contra Costa Unified School District Schools in West County on the list below OR have received GED/high school equivalency within the last three academic years with an age limit of 24 years old.  See list below.

  • Have submitted FAFSA or Dream Act request for funding if planning to attend a 2-year or 4-year college. 
  • Be enrolled as a first-time student in a 2-year or 4-year college, or career technical education (CTE) nonprofit school or program in the Fall of 2023. Students who are already enrolled in college or existing CTE program are not eligible.
