Elizabeth Pabon-Alvarado, Mayor


Elizabeth Pabon-Alvarado has over 20 years of experience in the fields of accounting, payroll and HR leadership.  She is a 29-year resident of San Pablo, a mother to three sons, grandmother of nine, and is married to David Alvarado, a former San Pablo Planning Commissioner and current West County Wastewater District Director.

 Ms. Pabon-Alvarado is bilingual in English and Spanish.
