Adult Ballet 
Each class will feature Ballet basics on barre portion, followed by a selected combination of European folk dance, Chinese folk dance, and/or other dance techniques.

Aztec Dance Class 
Come and partake in the symbolism of Aztec Dance while setting foot into a culturally rich, magical world. While we try to have class every Wednesday, this class is taught by members of the community that are donating their time and last minute cancellations may occur.

Ballet Class
The basic steps of ballet are woven into magical stories using mime, tambourines, star wands, scarves and many different music pieces to train their listening skills. This class will teach arm coordination and balance movements while they participate in creative dance and imagination mime stories. Please note: Instructor has gear available for purchase.

Boogie Bounce Kids
Boogie Bounce is a fun and energetic exercise class! Kids will be bouncing along to all their favorite tracks while keeping fit and active! A chance for kids to be the instructor at the end of the class. Parents will be in class watching over their kids performing and participating among the class. Participants are not allowed to jump on trampoline without a parent present. Only water is allowed in the class. Please note that this class is drop-in only.

Capoeira Class

Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial arts that combines dance, music, and acrobatics. In class, students work their flexibility, reflexes, agility, rhythm basic acrobatic skill, and bolster their self-confidence. Portuguese language and Brazilian culture is also a big part of the classes. Capoeira is for everyone!  Please note: Instructor has gear available for purchase.

Chinese Folk Dance
Come and join this class to exercise and stay in good health! Learn the Chinese culture and folk dance. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat class.

Cooking Matters

Learn how to prepare fast, delicious and healthy meals on a budget! Come join us for 6 FREE cooking classes! Join us for cooking classes that teach families how to cook healthy meals. Each participant cooks and eats a healthy meal each class and receives a free bag of fresh produce. Please note: one adult per household must be registered and present.

Friday Food Frenzy
Come and enjoy this class which will allow your child to enjoy the FUN of FOOD! Register for the full month and every Friday you will find that each class will have a different project which may include cooking, baking or even building holiday houses! This class will allow for your child to learn how to have fun with food and the opportunity to enjoy it at the end of the class. 

Please note:  Food Frenzy will resume on September 6, 2019.

Group Fitness Program
This program is a full functional, resistance, cardio band high intensity interval training. Not only are participants losing weight but also hardening their muscles, strength, and determination will be involved. Modifications will be applied, all fitness levels are welcome!

Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is a slow and safe alignment based physical exercise that develops a balance of strength and flexibility in your body and mind to release any tension and improving your posture.

Physical Education Program
The program involves Zumba-Kids, Drumming, and Circuit Training and board games. The program will help kids interact with other kids, using their bodies and brains while exercising physically and mentally.

Tap Class

Zumba Gold
Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreated the original moves you love at a lower intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.
