100 new apartments above 7,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. 99 apartments will be secured affordable housing, with one resident manager unit. Unit mix will include 26 three-bedroom units, 26 two-bedroom units, and 48 one-bedroom units. Ground floor retail contains 6,900 square feet of indoor retail space and 900 square feet of outdoor seating. Includes 126 existing parking spaces shared with Las Montañas grocery store and 40 new parking spaces in the rear of the building. Includes open space access to Wildcat Creek, including a new pedestrian bridge across the creek. Application received 11/18/2020, approved by Planning Commission 3/22/2022 (Resolution PC22-02).
