2622 Moraga Road - Storage Facility

New 125,159 square foot personal storage facility consisting of three single-story buildings and one three-story building. Parcel rezoned from OP (Open Space) to I (Institutional) zoning designation. Formerly known as 2600 Moraga Road. Submitted 10/26/2020.  Planning Commission approved April 27, 2021 (Resolution PC21-05). Construction completed.

                     1050 Gateway Avenue - Police Headquarters and Training Facility

New two-story, 42,000 square foot headquarters for the San Pablo Police Department with a Police Training Facility for regional use. Project is to be located across from City Hall. A parking lot with 112 parking spaces will be provided, with public parking spaces along the entry drive. Submitted 5/25/2023, approved by Planning Commission 6/27/2023 (Resolution PC23-07). 3516 San Pablo Dam Road - Storage Facility

Replacement of existing storage facility with new 91,560 square foot personal storage facility, including 1,200 square feet of customer service and related retail sales space. Reduction of parking spaces at existing facility from 84 to 19. Application received 5/11/2021, approved by Planning Commission 12/14/2021 (Resolution PC21-11). Under construction.

A new one-story 2,619 square foot fast service restaurant, with drive through facility to be located at 13222 San Pablo Avenue.

Salesian Gymnasium Project

2851 Salesian Avenue - Salesian College Preparatory Gymnasium

A new 28,500 square foot gymnasium and music center building, including 153 parking spaces. The single-story, 40-foot tall structure would

include a 1,382-seat auditorium/gymnasium and a number of additional and accessory rooms, including a weight room, band room, dance

studio, locker rooms, offices and conference rooms, team rooms, concessions, restrooms, and storage areas.  The gymnasium will not front

any public street and will not be easily visible from the public right-of-way, as it is located deep within a large parcel surrounded by trees and

landscaping.
