MOBILE HOME PERMITS


For work outside of the Mobile Home please fill out and sign the following forms:

  1. HCD Permit Application, City of San Pablo Permit Application and use Mobile Home Site Plan when creating a site plan
  2. Payment: Credit Card Authorization Form or check made out to City of San Pablo
  3. Submit all required documents through this weblink 

Public Counter is open Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:00pm

Park Manager Training Program


The Park Manager Training Program (Program) ensures that at least one person is properly certified and trained as a manager for each mobile home park or recreational vehicle park (collectively “parks”) in California, as specified in California Code of Regulations, Title 25, Division 1, Chapter 2.3 and Health and Safety Code, section 18876.1.
