COVID NOTICE
Effective March 16, 2020, due to COVID- 19, the RH&S program has been suspended until further notice. For resale transactions while the program is suspended, please use this letter at the close of escrow to satisfy the inspection requirement.
OVERVIEW
This program establishes the procedures for the inspection of all single and multiple-family residential rental units, and for inspection of all dwellings sold within the San Pablo city limits. This program assures that the City's residential units comply with existing state and local building, electrical, fire and plumbing code standards, to ensure the structures are safe for occupancy, and housing stock is maintained to acceptable standards.

PROPERTY OWNERS & REAL ESTATE AGENT INFORMATION
NOTE: Owner-occupied properties are exempt from inspection. Please complete and submit this form along with the required proof of residency to request an owner-occupied exemption.
