Victor Jimenez was hired, March 16, 2023 as the Community Services Coordinator I in the Community Services Department (Youth, School & Community Partnerships Division). Victor was previously employed as a Community Services Coordinator with the Community Housing Development Corporation in Richmond where he worked closely with the North Richmond community. Not only was he responsible for creating quarterly newsletters, he also worked close to educate various youth programs through Eco Academy activities. Victor also worked close with Contra Costa County to gain knowledge and strategies that support the needs of the community.
Victor is a graduate of San Jose State University and is a first generation college graduate. He is excited to have the opportunity work in a community that he has lived his entire life. He also enjoys watching basketball “Go Lakers!” and spending time with his family as well as traveling and trying new restaurants.
