Join us for City Hall-O-Ween this year on Thursday, October 29th at City Hall located at 13831 San Pablo Ave. The event will run from 4:00 to 5:30pm. Participants can trick or treat their way through City Hall getting fun treats as well as picking up information regarding various city services.
