The City of San Pablo (“City”) invites proposals from qualified firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, persons or professional organizations to respond to this combined Request for Proposal and Request for Qualifications (“RFP/RFQ”) to fund community partners that will offer programs and services that are designed with the intention to increase the health and wellness of children in San Pablo and have a positive impact on the City of San Pablo’s continued efforts to decrease childhood obesity in the City of San Pablo.
