[ARCHIVED] San Pablo Avenue Complete Streets Project - Weekly Updates(07/23/18)

Work Completed This Week

GBI continued with grading for the retaining walls A and B.  They also continued with grading for the new curb, gutter and sidewalk on the west side of San Pablo Avenue from Rivers to Robert Miller.  GBI also cleared and grubbed above the soil nail wall area and excavated the excess soil to prepare for the J-ditch above the soil nail wall.

MBE continued with installation of electrical system for lights and signals.  They installed the conduit on the west side of San Pablo Avenue from Rivers to Robert Miller.

Work Forecast for Next Week

GBI will excavate for the retaining walls B.  They will also start work on the storm drain systems.  GBI will start excavation and removal of soils along the roadway area at the soil nail wall.    

RE Maher will be on site to start work on retaining wall B.    

MBE will continue with work on installation of electrical system for lights and signals.
