[ARCHIVED] San Pablo Avenue Complete Streets Project - Weekly Updates(2/24/19)

Work Completed This Week

Due to the extended wet weather that we have had since the beginning of the year, the project has been stalled. We have made little progress with major operations and have only been able to complete minor peripheral items.

This week we did get a short break in the weather and GBI starting grinding and paving operations. The completed all of the grinding of San Pablo Avenue from the intersection of Rivers St. to past La Puerta Rd. on both the northbound and southbound directions. They also completed AC paving overlay on the outside lanes in both directions as well as the conforms at the intersections of Rivers St., Robert Miller Drive and La Puerta Road.

Work Forecast for Next Week

For the upcoming week, weather dependent, GBI will complete the AC paving overlay in the inside, number 1 lanes, in both the northbound and southbound directions of San Pablo Avenue.
