City Public Counter Hours (Effective Monday, 5/2/22): 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Appointments and online submission are strongly encouraged. Details for reaching the Building Division can be found here and details for reaching the Engineering Division can be found here. City Lobby Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday (Closed Fridays.) Refer to City departments and services to learn of more specific hours and details on additional flexibility for communicating with staff, as they may changes based on recent information from County Health Services.
